DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE FOR FREE?
Yes! We ship worldwide for free.
However, customs charges may apply in your country which would be charged to you by your postal service upon arrival in your country.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO DELIVER?
We always make our best to deliver the amazing push-up bra to your hand!
When you make an order, it normally takes 2 to 5 days for us to prepare the bra and dispatch the package.You will then receive the tracking information of your package by email. 
The shipping time varies by location. International orders most often take between 25 and 40 days to arrive at the destination, but sometimes take up to 50 days depending on where you are in the World.

*Please note the estimated shipping time doesn’t include our 2-5 day processing time, and delivery times may vary according to different country’s custom restrictions (we wish this does not happen). 

WHERE IS MY ORDER?
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is shipped. This can take between 2 to 5 business days after we receive your order.
HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
You can track your package via the email we sent you. Clicking ‘Track my order’ in the email will take you straight to the package tracking page where the location of your package is updated from ship to delivery. 
Cannot find any tracking info? ("No information available at the moment")
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update into the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us. (support@parisbras.com)
WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Discover, Apple Pay and JCB. 
WHAT ARE MY DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We currently only offer free standard shipping. 
CAN I EDIT MY ORDER?
We work quickly at verifying orders to make sure you receive them as soon as possible. You can edit your order as much as you like before you submit your order. But after this point you won't be able to edit your order.
WHAT IS THE RETURN AND REFUND POLICY?
For reasons including hygiene, we do not accept the return and exchange of the bra. We only provide either refund or replacement for orders that have not arrived.
  • United States: After 30 days 
  • Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom: After 50 days
  • Rest of the world: After 60 days
If you opt for the replacement, it must be in the same amount and style as that which was previously ordered.
HOW TO RETURN A FAULTY ITEM?
If the item you received is faulty, please email US support@parisbras.com and give us your order number, your name and address, details of the product (quantity, name), and the reason for return. Please attach a photo of the faulty item to your email. We will then advise you regarding the return process.
WHERE WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED FROM?
We have fulfillment centers across the globe in Asia, Canada, US, and Australia.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE PROVIDED THE INCORRECT SHIPPING DETAILS?
Please contact us immediately if you noticed that your shipping details are incorrect. 
Note that we are unable to make any changes once your package has been shipped.
